We are delighted to have Breads and More as our new bakery supplier. They make traditional sourdough breads in a range of variants that changes up every month or so; there are Jerusalem bagels, Swedish cardamom buns (personal favourite), babka and also excellent ciabatta and pizza bases - the bases are sold in packs of three.
Breads and More also make superb croissants, almond croissants and cruffins (croissants shaped in a muffin tin and filled with creme patissiere). Their Facebook page (linked above) has excellent videos of many of their specialities!

Our non-sourdough bakes are Jerusalem bagels, Swedish buns, Babka, and Challah loaf — made entirely from scratch, with the same care and attention to detail.
