This Veg Stirfry has chilli bean paste to give it extra depth of flavour and a bit of heat, and the rice has coconut milk and lemongrass so it's creamy and delicious...It's a very good combo. Is also vegan, Dairy and Gluten free.

I do like buckwheat groats! Dry toast them before simmering for a nuttier flavour.... this has a number of components that get dealt to separately, then the whole thing is compiled a the end. It sounds a bit fussy but will only take about half an hour - it has pumpkin (roasted), dried apricots (soaked), onion (sauted) and of course the buckwheat (simmered). There's cinnamon and lemon zest in there as well! The Buckwheat with pumpkin and apricot is vegan, dairy and gluten free. 

The Beetroot and ginger soup has fresh ginger, garlic and chilli for warmth and flavour, beetroot (Cos it's beetroot soup), a potato to thicken it up a bit, vegetable stock and salt to taste. Thats it really. It's a very comforting soup, and you can liven it up to taste with extra ginger and chilli...The colour is Very Loud. The beetroot and ginger soup is vegan, dairy and gluten free.

This is pretty much a savoury clafouti - has long narrow sticks of courgette and smaller strips of spring onion baked in a custard made with yoghurt, cornmeal and feta. I think it would work to use coconut yoghurt and goats cheese, so let me know if you would like those substitutions for this recipe.  The Courgette and feta clafouti can therefore be dairy free, is already gluten free, but has eggs so is vegetarian rather than vegan.

A rump of lamb crusted with coriander and cumin then seared... potatoes parboiled then broken open, drizzled with oil and crisped up in the oven, a quick saute of corn and beans and capsicum... this is a real winner! The Lamb, smashed potato and corn/bean combo is also dairy and gluten free.

This is a meal in every mouthful! All the colours, bacon and chicken, a bit of chilli for some kick, creamed corn, broccoli... Bacon and corn chowder doesn't really cover it. The Chowder is super quick to make - only half an hour - and it's dairy and gluten free.
