This is Msa'aa, a North African dish that has roasted seasonal veg (courgette, capsicum, maybe kumara) with a fresh tasting sauce based in tomato and thyme.

This one is exactly what it says : Rice with broccoli and pak choi... the rice is cooked with a bunch of spices (cardamom, cloves, pepper) and the pak choi - or Shanghai more accurately - is sautéed with spring onion and the broccoli. This is a recipe lifted from Ottolenghi's Jerusalem cookbook - beef meatballs with broadbeans and lemon. There are fresh herb flavours in the sauce as well, and I figure we should make the most of the fava beans while we have them... GF and DF
Lastly, there's a teriyaki and mushroom fishbake. This is made with dried mushrooms, fresh chilli, and a simple teriyaki sauce. It's really quick and simple, tastes really good! GF and DF
