This Broccoli and Deep-fried tofu stirfry comes together very well - blanching the broccoli at the start means you get a crisper finish and is worth the bit of extra work. This one is Vegan, DF and GF

Ha! Same serving dish, different food...This is a buckwheat winter salad with carrots and walnuts and cinnamon, some prunes (!) for tangy sweetness, and some goats cheese to melt into it at the end. Is seriously good. Vegetarian, DF and GF

Eggplant, black beans, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, cumin, chilli... Serve with corn chips or tortilla (Or rice or whatever you like really - baked potato would work well!) and enjoy. That splok of yoghurt on top is purely decorative... in which case this Eggplant and Black bean chilli is Vegan, DF and GF

These wee cuties have eggs and feta as well as wheat flour so vegetarian only I'm sorry. They're very tasty and so useful - for snacks, lunches, they're a bit flash so you could use them as canapes... they take less than an hour to make and may not last much longer than an hour after you make them... the Corn Cakes are vegetarian only

Rogan Josh is a curry type I would usually associate with lamb, but really I don't know that much about curry... This Rogan Josh is Chicken, the tomato gravy is enriched with ground almonds and spiced up with garam masala, and the spice blend added earlier in the piece has chilli powder, cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric and brown sugar to round out the flavours a bit. The Chicken rogan josh is DF and GF

Papardelle is a wide egg noodle-y pasta so it's not vegan, nor is it gluten free. It is however delicious. Here's it combined with chorizo, buttered leeks with cauliflower and capsicum. It also has feta so not DF either. Papardelle with buttered leeks and chorizo is none of the things, but it is super quick and delicious...
